We may seek off-market feedback from qualified developers known to us, in line with our Terms, during the coordination phase to assist the owner group in assessing potential pathways and determining the most appropriate course of action.
We may provide tailored recommendations based on your bloc’s characteristics; however any decision to proceed remains with the owner group.
Any formal sales process or buyer negotiations would only commence once blocsy or an external sales agent is formally appointed and authorised to act on behalf of the owner group.
